Veternary Fees:
If your pet is injured in the accident or ill than you must have to approach the pet insurance company to get the claim form. You must have to return the claim form within 60 days count from the day your treatment start. Any payment paid by you to Vet for the treatment you must take the receipts. Once your treatment gets completed you must give claim form along with all the receipts to the insurance company. You must have to inform the pet insurance company about the additional coverage if you taken earlier.
Pet Dies in the accident:
You must have to inform pet insurance company about the death of your pet. You need to send claim form along with the proof of your ownership like pet purchase receipt and breed certificate.
Pet get lost:
If any incidence of pet lost you first inform the local police within 48 hours about you pet get lost. You also inform insurance company and get approval for advertisement or any other expenditure for searching the pet. Keep all receipt well till your pet could not find by you. Inform Insurance Company if you could not search pet till 45 days. Send the purchase receipt and breed certificate along with receipt of all expenditure if you need to claim for your pet.
Hospitalisation/Boarding kennels / cattery fees:
If your pet get hospitalize you must have to inform the pet insurance company about hospitalization of the pet. Once you get discharge you need to present medical certificate and receipt of expenditure against the boarding kennels / cattery
